The CCSD Department of Exceptional Children is sponsoring a Transition Fair for students, parents, and families of students with disabilities to learn more about the many resources available to them as they make the transition from high school to adult life. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with over 25 vendors that will offer information about employment, post-secondary educational options, financial counseling, independent living and other resources and services for people with disabilities.
