Below is everything you need to know to grab, decorate, and hang your custom disk.

Spirit Boat Guidelines & Details

• Where to Find the Boat & Shed: The Spirit Boat is located on the corner of Von Kolnitz and the Car Line Loop. The shed is right next to the boat - no hauling that giant disk across the lawn anymore! 🙌 (Shed Code: 0000)

• When to Pick Up: 2 days before your reserved date

• When to Hang: You can hang your painted disk anytime after 5:30 PM the evening before your reserved date.

• Returning the Previous Disk (Super Important!): When you take down the previous day's disk to hang yours, please place the removed disk directly inside the shed. Leaving them outside in the rain and elements damages the wood!

Decorating Guidelines

• The Not-So Blank Canvas: You’ll be picking up a disk that was previously painted by another family - you get a fresh start by painting your own design right over it!

• The Fun Stuff: Decorate it however you like - have fun and get creative! (Just remember to keep it school-appropriate).

• Approved Paint: Please use Exterior Latex or Acrylic paint only.

• Items to Skip: To protect our boat and keep it looking great for everyone, please do not use glitter, metallic/textured paint, or oil-based primers and paints. Nothing maybe adhered to the boat or the canvas (glue, tape, staples, balloons etc.) without prior approval. (Heads up: washable tempera paint won't survive the outdoor weather!)
