Thank you so much for your interest in hosting a party or event, where guests pay to attend and all proceeds from those "ticket sales" go straight to JBE One! By submitting this form, you acknowledge the following:
- Host Role: I understand that I am serving as a volunteer host for a fundraising event benefiting JBE One. I agree to plan and execute the event in a manner consistent with the organization’s mission and values.
- Financial Responsibility: I agree to cover all expenses associated with this event personally and understand that I will not be reimbursed by JBE One.
- Revenue Handling: I understand that:
- All ticket sales and proceeds from the event will be processed by and belong to JBE One
- I will not receive any portion of the proceeds
- Goods and Services: I acknowledge that I will not receive goods or services from JBE One in exchange for covering event expenses, other than incidental recognition (if any).
- Tax Acknowledgment: I understand that:
- My expenses may be considered unreimbursed volunteer expenses under applicable guidelines from the Internal Revenue Service
- JBE One will provide a written acknowledgment confirming my role and that no goods or services were provided
- JBE One will not assign a monetary value to my expenses
- I am responsible for maintaining records of my expenses and consulting my own tax advisor regarding deductibility
- Event Approval: I understand that my event must be approved in advance by JBE One.
